I’m the founder of Concept Measures. I’ve been marketing real estate for the past 6 years, working with a leading company in Alberta before creating and launching Concept Measures here in Nova Scotia in 2020. The experience I gained while marketing real estate in the Albertan market has helped me shape Concept Measures into what it is today - your all-in-one marketing tool kit. Phil, my business partner and spouse, is a military veteran, and former senior public servant and corporate leader, who brings his business knowledge and expertise to the team. 

 We take what we do very seriously (it’s our profession and family business), and focus solely on the real estate sector, so we get to learn and understand the pressures and stresses our clients (you!) are under and how we can better serve you to make this part of it seamless. Whether it be our next day turnaround times or representing you and your brand to the highest standard, we see ourselves as an extension of your team and understand the important role we play.

 Anything you need to market a property we can do - Professional photos, virtual tours, IGuide measurements and floor plans, virtual staging, walk-through videos, voice over videos, drone photography and video, day-to-dusk exterior shots…plus anything else you throw at us – we have the creativity and ability.  We serve HRM and beyond (we have clients form the South Shore to the Valley).
